The only MBA program in the Far East and the second in Russia for people without managerial experience is launched at the School of Economics and Management of Far Eastern Federal University. The project was created in partnership with Sberbank Corporate University, whose experts will train university graduates - bachelors, masters and young professionals in leadership, communication and team management.

“Pre-experience MBA considers the wishes of modern managers and aspiring entrepreneurs who want to gain applied knowledge in business. In order to get all the benefits of the MBA program, there is no need for today's graduates to leave the Far East”, said Elena Gafforova, Director of FEFU School of Economics and Management.

The main advantage of the Pre-experience MBA is a practical orientation. During the training, students will have to create their own business project: start its implementation and defend it as a graduation work.

The lecturers will be Executive MBA graduates, employees of Sberbank Corporate University, teachers of the Higher School of Economics National Research University (HSE) and FEFU School of Economics and Management with consulting and managerial experience in the real sector of the economy.

Due to the intensity of classes and the use of the modular principle, the training period will be one year. The program will allow students to acquire knowledge and competencies that will help them become successful managers.

The start of the program is scheduled for October 2019. Classes will be held twice a month from Thursday to Sunday.
