Over 200 applicants from Brazil, India, Nigeria, Egypt, and Korea attended the first webinars organized by Far Eastern Federal University (FEFU). Potential students got acquainted with the educational process, life on campus, and the conditions for admission. University employees of FEFU Office of the Vice-President for International Relations answered all questions of applicants and their parents.

Heads of educational programs and professors of the most popular areas among foreign applicants shared the features of the educational process and the specifics of the chosen professions. Traditionally, students are most interested in the programs such as “International Relations”, “General Medicine”, “Hotel Business”, “Service”, “Economics”, “Management” and “Linguistics”.

Thanks to the online format of the admission campaign, work with foreign applicants has gained a new level. In an informal manner, the conversation becomes more comfortable and open. During the live broadcast, future students can feel the friendly atmosphere of the university, in which they plan to enter and spend some of the brightest years of their lives.

Webinars are conducted almost every day during June, focused on applicants for Bachelor’s / Specialist’s and Master's degrees. To participate, it is necessary to determine the educational programs of interest, a convenient date and time, submit an application to the center for attracting and adapting foreign students at interadmission@dvfu.ru, and on the appointed day receive a link to connect.

More than 3,500 foreign students from 74 countries study at Far Eastern Federal University. Office of the Vice-President for International Relations noted the positive dynamics of increasing the attractiveness of FEFU among foreign applicants. The university is actively working to strengthen international relations, strengthening the position of Russian education in the Asia-Pacific region. In total, in the international network of FEFU partners, there are more than 280 educational and scientific centers with which cooperation agreements have been signed.
