Russia is a country of opportunities for everyone, regardless of the place of residence and citizenship. On April 14, “Leaders of Russia” competition opened a special international track. Its goal is to attract highly qualified personnel from all over the world, to show the openness and advantages of Russia for a large number of people in other countries, as well as an interest in supporting the Russian-speaking population living abroad.

The competition is open to managers from any field. The main requirements are management experience of at least two years and a desire to live and work in the Russian Federation or in foreign offices of Russian state authorities, as well as foreign subdivisions of Russian commercial and non-commercial organizations.

The winners of the "International" track are waiting for:

- a grant for education of 1 million rubles;

- the opportunity to obtain Russia’s citizenship;

- the opportunity to obtain a residence permit in the Russian Federation. 

“Leaders of Russia” is the largest competition for managers, which has no analogs in the world. Participants will have the opportunity to undergo a comprehensive assessment of professional competencies and test their strengths among the best managers.
