You often ask if the pre-university course is a strong requirement if you are applying to study the Russian-taught programs

If you know the Russian language allowing you study in it at the university you don’t need to get the preparatory course, also when you take entering exams, they will be in Russian (if you have chosen an educational program taught in Russian).

If you plan to study on the programs that are taught in English, in such case you don’t need to take the pre-university course as well, and your entering exams will be conducted in English.

We don’t require the language proficiency certificate, because you have to take the entering exams in the language of your future instruction.
