The first in 2016 Vladivostok–Yanji Friendship Bridge Summer School for international students passed off at Far Eastern Federal University. Students from China took part in master-classes on painting matryoshka dolls and cooking dumplings, role-playing lessons in Russian folklore. They also went on sightseeing tours around the city, visited FEFU Education & Research Museum and Botanical Garden, and the Primorsky stage of the Mariinsky Theatre.
