XIV^th Asian Network for Quality (ANQ) Congress took place in Far Eastern Federal University (FEFU) from 21^st to 22^nd September. The forum, with the participation of 350 experts, academics, top-managers who successfully implement the quality management systems in the Asia-Pacific region (AsPac), was held in Russia for the first time.

"Holding such a large-scale forum in Vladivostok was made possible thanks to a world-class infrastructure on the Russky Island campus," said ANQ Chairman Yuri Gusakov.

The congress was held in FEFU under the theme 'Quality is the meaning of life—not a single day without quality', and the break-out sessions covered a wide range of topics: from the general trends in the development of quality management systems to the improvement of product quality in the food, chemical and construction industries. The winners of prestigious international awards in the field of quality—Kano Award and ANQ Recognition for Excellence in Quality Practice—will also be announced at the forum.
