The National Science Foundation invites applications for its navigating the new Arctic programme. This supports research at the intersection of the social, natural, environmental, physical, computing and information sciences to improve understanding of Arctic change and its local and global effects. Closing date: March 5, 2021.
Projects must fall into one of the following three tracks:
Foreign organisations may apply provided they do so in consortium with US organisations. The proposer must explain why local support is not feasible and why the foreign organisation can carry out the activity more effectively.
The total budget is USD 30m, to fund up to 20 awards.
