International Congress on Chemistry and Materials Science (5-7th October 2017, Ankara-TURKEY) will be held on the 5-7th October 2017 in Ankara – Turkey.
The first International Ancon Congress will be held in this year. The Ancon series will be held every two years. The Congress aims to bring together leading academic scientists, researchers and practitioners from all over the world to share their ideas, experiences, interests, expertises and latest research results on all aspects of chemistry and materials science. It also provides a platform to promote interaction among national and international researchers and to develop collaborations between academic and private partners, during three days of programming, including invited oral, mini-oral and poster presentations and covering a broad range of subjects related to chemistry and materials science.
The Ancon Congress will be held in the capital Ankara with various accommodation opportunities, restaurants, museums, pubs and cafes. Beside its historic buildings, the city has many peerless museums such as War of Independence Museum (The First Grand National Assembly of Turkey), Republic Museum (The Second Grand National Assembly of Turkey), Museum of Anatolian Civilizations and Ethnographic Museum, Augustus Temple and Roman Baths, and other landmarks including Mausoleum of Atatürk (Anıtkabir), Hacı Bayram Mosque and Ankara Castle. The venue will be the Best Western Hotel 2000, which is surrounded by a variety of hotels and restaurants in walking distances. There are also options by public transportation to connect to other areas of the city.
