The simulation modeling of mass deviation of aircraft parts and assembly units

Abstract. The article revealed the need to improve the automated weight control system of the aircraft. The latest scientific developments in the field of the subject area have been reviewed. The research goal of further improvement of the aircraft automated weight control system was formulated, and the ad hoc method was proposed. A simulation model was developed for the study of mass deviation of aircraft parts and assembly units, based on the process of modeling a series-parallel assembly of aircraft in technological assembly areas with constant weight control. The assembly method of the short-haul SSJ-100 aircraft, with various parts installed, served as an example to illustrate the procedure for registering the change in the total weight of the aircraft relative to the center-of-gravity position. The proposed model was recommended for adaptation at the assembly enterprises of the aviation industry.

Keywords: simulation model, automated system of weight control, aircraft, short-range planes.
