The dependence of the stability of the vertical wall of the cells on the gas pressure in cellular bloke of aviapanel

Abstract: In the aircrafts whose structure is severely affected by alternating tensile and compressive effects, they widely use multi-layer composite panels containing a rigid cellular insert between two covers apart, in which there is a special longitudinal shirring cell wall. The constructions of the kind are usually called sandwich. When designing an aircraft panel of the sandwich type, the developers must take into consideration a certain deterrent, because the cellular placeholders have the utmost height (the thickness of the panel) conditioned by the limitation of mechanical characteristics of the vertical wall of the cell. The reason is that ceiling being reached the vertical wall may have buckling failure and its folding resulting in the catastrophic structural failure process following the pattern of domino effect.

Key words: aicraft panel, cellular bloke, cell wall, experiment simulation.
