Method of determination of effective propertiesof the concrete products reinforced with various materials

In the article, considered is the representative volume used to determine the characteristics of the concrete reinforced by various materials. Calculated are the values of the effective Young's modulus, that of elongation and the shear one as well as Poisson's ratio for the concrete reinforced with glass and metal composite. Taking advantage of the data, there has been investigated the intense deformed condition of a ferroconcrete pile and plate having different reinforcement options affected by various loadings.

Key words: intense deformed state, glass and metal composite, ferroconcrete pile, ferroconcrete plate.
