• Educational Program model (in what time frame and where the student is studying): The course is mainly delivered online through the written correspondence and videoconferences. One examination a year with duration of 3 weeks.
  
• Requirements for admission to the EP, terms of admission: All candidates entering the master’s educational program, «Russian Business and Investment Law» should have higher education diploma with the degree of the bachelor, specialist or master issued by the Russian Federation or by a foreign State.

  They should have level of English proficiency sufficient for successful development of the program. While, availability of the official documents on successful passing TOEFL or IELTS could be the basis for their priority enrollment to EP.

  Candidates responding the abovementioned requirements are taken to the program by the results of entrance tests and the interview conducted in English.  

• Academic mobility of the students, internships, practical work, educational modules on the Partners’ base, with the indication of the training periods: Foreign students do internships in law firms and business companies in Russia or using our Partners’ base. Introductory practical training – 2 weeks. Professional – 8 weeks.
  

• Faculty academic mobility during the EP: Teaching separate courses and passing examinations on the Partners’ base are possible.
  

• Requirements of FEFU and Partners to the results of student’s training: 

  • Professional competences students of the Educational Program necessarily should acquire: A graduate of the EP «Russian Business and Investment Law» must have the competences provided by the FEFU Educational standard in the major 40.04.01 Jurisprudence.
  
  
  • Students’ soft skills:
    • Ability to analyze and understand the modern processes and directions of legal regulation in the sphere of international business and investment operations in the Russian Federation, including foreign participation
    • Complex knowledge about the technicalities of public and private legal regulation of international economic relations
    • Ability to understand the essence and content of Russian branch-oriented legal regulation: constitutional, civil, criminal, tax, labor, etc.
    • Skills of getting necessary information about international and national legal ensuring of economic cooperation between Russia and Countries of the Asia-Pacific Region
    • Development of necessary practical skills in the sphere of legal support of business transactions in Russia.

• Organizations that could be interested in the implementation of the EP: International and foreign companies, law associations, foreign universities, state and private companies, bodies and organizations whose activities are related to international business and business operations involving Russian and foreign individuals and organizations.
