The competition of research projects "Pacific Project Site" was held at Far Eastern Federal University (FEFU). The authors of the work were future bachelors and undergraduates who presented innovative solutions in the field of data economy and information technology. The winners received the right to speak at the plenary session of the annual scientific conference of young scientists, which is held at FEFU.

“In the economy, there is a request for promising projects of young developers. Therefore, we proposed to organize a separate section at the youth scientific conference “New economy, business and society”. The best works were selected, representing the prospects of using satellite communications, the use of IT technologies for the development of single-industry towns, ports, enterprises, virtual reality technologies in education”, said Margarita Ibragimova, Senior Professor of the FEFU School of Economics and Management.

According to the results of the competition, the works of students of the School of Economics and Management of FEFU were recognized as the best. The first place among undergraduates was taken by the project of Matvey Smetanko, who presented the idea of creating software for teaching robotics to children using virtual reality tools. The strongest among the bachelors was Danil Zhdanov with a project to study the use of innovative technologies for the development of organizations using the example of digital tags.

“Participation in the project site provides young researchers with a wonderful opportunity to get the opinion of experts and business representatives.
