Vice-President for International Relations of Far Eastern Federal University (FEFU) Victoria Panova became a member of the Russian International Affairs Council (RIAC). The approval of new RIAC members took place at the Council Presidium meeting.

“The Russian International Affairs Council is a unique project uniting leading politicians, diplomats, and scientists dedicated to studying and assessing the problems of modern international relations. The Council activities are characterized by a high degree of involvement in the analysis of international political issues, combining the close cooperation with our foreign colleagues. Currently, RIAC plays a central role in providing continuous expertise in the development of world politics, as well as in resolving issues of the integration of Russia into the global world, strengthening friendship and harmony among peoples”, said Victoria Panova, FEFU Vice-President for International Relations.

The RIAC activities are aimed at strengthening peace, friendship, and cohesion among peoples, preventing international conflicts and crisis management. The partnership was created by the decision of the founders due to the order of the President of the Russian Federation in 2010. The RIAC mission is to promote the prosperity of Russia through its integration into the world. The Council is the link between the state, the expert community, business and civil society in solving foreign policy issues.
