BioFood produces a New Year series of pastry products under its healthy life style brand. FEFU students and employees along with the guests of the university are now offered to taste exclusive hand-made pastry products, which can be purchased at BioFood stands at the campus on Russky Island and the new Biocafé at the Lab building.

Each food product of BioFood brand is based on the idea of healthy nutrition while the BioFood production unit regularly introduces new scientific findings of the FEFU researchers into technology of production. BioFood product recipes do not use pre-fabricated ingredients, vegetable spreads and fats. Pastry goods are decorated with natural cream without any artificial coloring agents and fully exclude any food supplements and chemical emulsion stabilizers that improve the taste and extend the expiration dates of the food products.
