"Far Eastern Philological Journal" is an electronic scientific peer-reviewed periodical open access. The concept of the journal involves placing in free access the latest research on the history of Western and Eastern literature in the context of national traditions, intercultural influences, comparative readings of literary texts, their interpretation from the point of view of historical poetics, motive and structural analysis, receptive aesthetics, materials that illuminate and modern literary phenomena, and new facets of classical works. In the sections devoted to linguistic research, it is planned to publish articles on German studies, novelistics, oriental languages, applied, comparative, comparative and historical linguistics, language theory, theory and practice of translation.
The audience of the journal: linguists and literary critics, teachers of FEFU, universities in Russia and foreign countries, independent researchers, translators, young researchers: graduate students, undergraduates, bachelors.
The purpose of the journal is to create a scientific space that unites domestic and foreign researchers of Russian, Western European, Eastern literature and Russian, Eastern and Western European languages, allowing to present the results of new research in current areas of philological science and methodology.
