	1. Unique class profile   Program participants are top-managers and business owners with a 5 year management experience. The group consists of 25 people. Competitive selection is made jointly with the Agency for Human Capital Development in the Russian Far East.
	2. Industry-experienced faculty Top professors from leading business schools in Russia and the APR countries, executives of international companies, representatives of federal and regional authorities in Russia.
	3. Exposure to regional context Content of modules and cases is designed to teach business launching and promoting in the APR countries (together with Asian partners as a part of mega projects on the development of the Russian Far East). The international module is held at the National University of Singapore.
	4. Focus on practice Solving your company’s problems using team project work, business simulations, case studies, field practice, and other advanced hands-on teaching methodologies.
	5.Business-and-government dialog The Program provides a platform for discussing regional business issues with authorities with real feedback and solutions to current problems.
	6. A real business project development To complete your graduate work, you will have to defend your own project on starting or scaling a business in one of the APR countries. Personal guidance is provided for your own business project development throughout the year.
	7. Flexible format Program duration is one year. Modules take 4-5 days (Wednesday/Thursday - Sunday), which allows you to study and continue your work. You spend only 2-3 days a month out of the office. At the same time you cover the same business disciplines as in a full-time MBA program.
