The all-Russian contest has been announced as part of the “Data Economy”. National Program. The competition is held and implemented by the Foundation for the Promotion of Innovation in conjunction with Far Eastern Federal University (FEFU). The best projects will receive a grant in the amount of 500000 RUB and the possibility of employment in Data Economy companies.

FEFU School of Data Economy invites graduate students, young scientists, innovators, entrepreneurs and employees of high-tech companies aged 18 to 30 developing the projects in virtual or augmented reality technologies.

“A special academic program creates all the opportunities for the development of VR. This competition is a great opportunity for talented young people who have ideas in this direction. Our School plans to build competencies, create technological products”, said Ilya Mirin, Director of FEFU School of Data Economy.

The first in Russia School of Data Economy was created in 2018 at FEFU. It is focused on the training of highly qualified personnel of a new generation to solve the problems of digital transformation.
