Life cycle analysis of the bearing elements of the rear axles
of dump trucks in operation at different values of the ruling gradient of the road

Abstract: The paper presents the results of the analysis of the stress state of metal structures of the rear axles of BelAZ dump trucks under production conditions at different values of the ruling gradient. The methods of obtaining and processing the oscillograms are described. The calculation of the stress state of the rear axle of a dump truck under cyclic loads taking into account the real crack is given on the example of the BelAZ-75131 model. Criteria and indicators of durability of bearing elements of back bridges of heavy-load trucks BelAZ-75131, BelAZ-75306, BelAZ-75600 are established. Graphical displays demonstrating the relationship between the values of the remaining service life coefficient of the steering and the longitudinal gradient of the route are presented. Recommendations for the operation of quarry transport under conditions of the developed field in order to preserve the resource of the bearing metal structures of the back axels are given.
