Intergenerational center conceptual model in the Yakutsk city

Abstract. Creating an intergenerational environment is a modern trend in architectural theory and practice. The main purpose of such an environment is the socialization of children and the resocialization of the elderly, the preservation of the continuity of generations through collective activities and games. The relevance of the study is determined by the absence in Russia of a theoretical basis for the formation of an architectural and spatial environment that promotes social communication of generations. The purpose of the study is to develop a conceptual model of the architectural and spatial environment of the intergenerational center in Yakutsk. This study reveals the climatic and socio-cultural features of Yakutsk that affect the design of the architectural and spatial environment; a conceptual model of the architectural and spatial environment of the intergenerational center in Yakutsk has been formed.
