Influence of the ratio of reinforcement of composite reinforcement
on the stress–strain state of two–layer bending concrete elements

Abstract: The analysis of modeling the stress-strain state of two-layer rectangular beams with the composite reinforcement was carried out in order to determine their deformability. The effectiveness of application the composite reinforcement for reinforcement of the two-layer bending concrete elements with high-strength concrete in a compressed zone has been investigated. The numerical results of deflections obtained by authors with a help of software “LIRA-SAPR 2017 R3” and “ANSYS 2019 R3” are presented. A comparative analysis of two variants of values for two-layer beams was made: with composite and steel reinforcement. The obtained deflections of beams with composite reinforcement are greatly differ from values given in codes especially in estimations with a help of “LIRA-SAPR”.
